我们在 HealthVault 用户注册的第3步中遇到问题

We are getting problem in the 3rd Step of HealthVault User Registration

详细信息：

当我们第一次在https://account.healthvault-ppe.com注册时，我们会收到"注册"消息。提供详细信息并按"我接受"

When we try to register first time at https://account.healthvault-ppe.com we get "Sign Up" to provide details and Press "I Accept"

http://blogs.msdn.com/b/healthvault/archive/2011/02/04/healthvault -1012-release.aspx ）与HV帐户。

After entering demographics data in the 1st step (Pressed "I Accept") of HV registration process it jumps into HV account instead of providing other 2 steps of registration where it asks for a short tour for 'Getting Started Wizard'(Described at  http://blogs.msdn.com/b/healthvault/archive/2011/02/04/healthvault-1012-release.aspx) with the HV account.

它不会自动重定向到第3步到 [允许访问] 第二次尝试（再次登录）它直接提供第三步到
[允许访问] 跳过第二步（入门向导）。

It doesn't redirect to 3rd step to [Allow Access] automatically though in 2nd try(login another time) it directly provide the 3rd step to [Allow Access] skipping the 2nd step (Getting Started Wizard).

我们还没有找到任何解决方案。

We haven't found any solution for it.

注意：我们的应用程序使用的是最新版本的SDK。

Note: Our application is using latest version SDK.

Could you please confirm me whether you would like to authorize a new user for your appplication? The Allow access step will come only when you try to authorize a new user to your application for the first time. I have tried to authorize new user with my application and i got Allow access page.
