I am trying to connect remote tools without KITL, but unable to connect . Then i build nk.bin in Debug mode. I copied nk.bin to target Device using ethernet connection. After booting the board, from platform builder i am trying to connect remote tools but i am getting the following  error message in Debug console   "timestamp of module on device does not match timestamp of local module"  related to CMaccept.exe file.

This means pretty much what it sounds like: the debugger is trying to load a development-machine version of each DLL and EXE loaded on the target device for debugging. In this case, the CMAccept.exe (or whatever) on the target has different date code information than the one on the development machine. This might be caused by a search path, etc. For CMAccept.exe, you don't care, since you won't be debugging that EXE anyway. "Ignore it and move on" is my motto for this particular error, unless the debugger won't continue.
