Hi there,

I am currently unable to access my keys and my account status has become "other". What exactly does this mean? It's not due to expire until 2016.

Most of our customers who see "Other" status are VL subscribers and have had their VL Administrator do something to their MSDN Subscription status.  They need to contact their VL Administrator for assitance.  If that doesn't sound like your situation, you should contact MSDN Subscriptions Customer Service here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/subscriptions/aa948875.aspx
