I'm using a trial version of WHMCS 4.5.1, which I'm running on a Linux host.

I have a Win 2008 x64 R2 box, with Websitepanel installed via Web Installer. Creating packages in WHMCS works, and the plan's created in WSP.

However, when the new user logs in to the WSP panel, he is able to upgrade the plan with hosting options or an upgrade. I want to disable this, because this has to be done from WHMCS, so it's billed accordingly.

If a user is able to upgrade from within WSP, I don't get any income from these upgrades if they're not created in WHMCS.
