I'm trying to submit a change to an app and I am unable to upload screen shot images. I can select the image and it appears to upload - it briefly appears on the submission page - but then the broken image icons shows. I have tried this with both Edge and Chrome with the same bad results.

In fact your screenshot have to respect the following conditions (see picture below).

What I did is using pictures with dimensions 1366x768 and ensure that are png file and less than 5MB
