I cannot open only just this one file.

I keep getting a message that 'Visio cannot open the file or a component in the file because it is corrupt'.

I've tried so many ways but still, the problem persists. Such as disabling and enable macro and zip and unzip the file.

Considering that the issue only occurs to this particular file, it's likely that this is a file corrupt issue which may be quite hard to recovered.

Please try launching Visio first, create a new blank drawing, then go to File > Open > Browse, locate to the problematic file and choose Open as Copy from the drop-down list of the Open option and see if the error remains.

If possible, it is also suggested to try opening the file on another machine to check the result.
