Suddenly, my Visio Pro 2010 has corrupted shapes-I search for arrows, I used to get about 100 arrow shapes, now I get file icons and when I drag one on to the drawing is says error 100, not a Visio drawing.  I uninstalled the program and reinstalled-no change.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Does this issue only occur when you attempt to insert an arrow shape? How about inserting other types of shape?
Did you save the "100 arrow shapes" in a customized stencil?
