Hi I am trying to open Visio 2010 and I get a blank page no title bar nor swimlane shape. I even tried drag and drop swimlane shape but then I am enable to edit the shape. I have tried all ways to get the template but in vain. Can someone help me. Thanks

If you don’t see any shapes window on the left of a new drawing in Visio 2010, please go to the View tab, click on Task Panes, and click on Shapes.
