I have a dell laptop. It's really slow on the start-up and sometimes when I shut it down.  When it tries to install updates it says failure to configure. I'm not very computer savvy, but I finally figured out that I don't have certain drivers and that's why it couldn't update. They are listed but they are not in there. 1. Network Adapters- Intel(R) Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN, 1. PCI Serial Port, PCI Simple Communications Controller. What do I do?

I am not sure if it is driver related, however to download the latest drivers for your Dell device follow these steps:
