My colleague recently installed MS Project 2013 Standard. I am running MS Project 2010 Professional. He sent me a project plan to review and I am unable to open the file. The project plan was originally created in the 2010 version.

Does the 2013 file have dates after 2049?  If so, it cannot be opened in 2010.
