Could anyone of you please help me on the below issue.

We are using Project Server 2013 and the application is working fine as expected till last week. On Sunday some windows updates are installed after that Project Center displaying a message "Loading" and it is keep on showing the same message for all the users. We have tried to open the project center in IE and Chrome and the issue is occurring in both the browsers.

我运行了配置向导，IISReset和系统重启但没有运气。

I have ran the Configuration Wizard, IISReset and system restart but no luck.

其次，资源中心，审批页面，任务中心等都正常运行，问题仅在于项目中心。 

Secondly, Resource Center, Approvals page, Task Center..etc all are loading fine and the issue is only with the Project Center.

I have clicked on F12 in Internet Explorer to verify the errors and it is showing the below messages.

What updates were applied? Sounds like this is hte cause if that was the trigger to these issues? When looking in Central Admin, check the Manager Servers page - do any of the servers state "Upgrade Available"? Also check the Upgrade and Migration > Review Database Status page - do any databases have a status other than "No action required"?
