401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.

I cannot get into my outlook email. I keep getting the same denial. This is only on my laptop. I am not able to figure out what to do and can't "read" any of your replies on the support site. I am not technically inclined, so need the simplest answer on this. STEP by step please. Thank you.
