I want to add a hyperlink in my addin of sharepoint online, by which I can directly open the desktop app of Microsoft Teams. As same as I did for "Sykpe for Business" as "sip:[e-mail]" and that will launch an app of skype with user chat window.

how I can achieve the same thing with Microsoft Teams.
