I want to set up a template developer virtual machine that has the needed tools installed.
E.g. Windows, SQL server, Visual Studio and SharePoint.

I would then want to share the image with other developers that have the appropriate licenses, to prevent that this has to be redone every time.

However, many of the msdn downloads include my personal license key, and that is not what I want (and it is obviously not allowed to share).

Is it possible to legally set up an image in this way and have the other developers activate the products with their own keys?
