I am trying to dowload Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (English), I downloaded the secure download manager, but I am unable to download the file.  I keep getting the following error message: The download cannot be completed. If a location is available for this product, select another location. If no location is available the download may fail to complete because no Internet connection was found, the Internet connection was lost, or a firewall or proxy server exists between the client station and hosting location. Please try again later.

I have an internet connection, I have no proxy server, I have disabled any and all firewalls, and I have tried several different locations to no avail.
