We have a Printer Driver that already passed WHCK testing (Multiple OS) and signed.  We just added support for A3 papers size by making a small update to our .gpd file.

I am trying to follow the DUA submission process but when I get to step seven, I am not sure what to do because we merged all of our package into a single package.  Therefore, when I try to replace the driver per the instructions the HCK only allows you to replace/update one driver. Not sure what to do???

1. From Manage submissions, click the appropriate submission ID.

Under the Download heading, click DUA shell package, and then click Save.

From HCK Studio, click Connect.

Select Package, and then click Browse to open the existing DUA shell package.

On the Package tab, right-click the appropriate driver folder, and then click Replace Driver.

Go back to Manage submissions in the dashboard, search by ID, and click Upload driver update (DUA).

DUA package submission is only valid if there is no change in code of the driver and only update in INF. When replacing the drivers, you have to check the version of the driver i.e. either they are 32 or 64 bit OS version drivers and replace them with the new driver package.
