I am completely new in Windows Logo Test . I know this is a certification process for hardware (drivers) . I have some questions regarding about this test

Which driver you want to test?
It depends on what all operating systems you want a LOGO? let say if you want to certify your driver on 2012 R2 and windows 8.1, we have to run WHQL on both platforms.
can I done this test using with 2 PC ? again depends on what driver you are testing. if it is a NIC driver two systems will be sufficient.
Is this test separately for each OS ? (windows 10/8/7/XP/vista)
some common tests will be there. if it is server some extra test cases will show up based on driver capabilities.
