I'm getting the following error:

Help me to resolve this issue

Microsoft Expression Encoder… well, it does work, but it never seemed to be anything serious, frankly. I would rather advice a really decent open-source product: FFMpeg or libavcodec. Please see my past answer on how you can use it:
