Sharepoint is asking users to enter their credentials at every 5 minutes interval and when we verified the log files, we came across below Information  :-

We verified the services for user profile and the services are up.

有人可以帮忙解决这个问题问题？

Can someone please help how to resolve this issue?

我们是否需要重新启动服务或sharepoint服务器？

Do we need to restart the service or the sharepoint server ?

Hi Amrita,

请检查您的用户配置文件同步服务是否正在您的服务器上运行。

Please check if your User Profile Synchronization Service is running on your server.

1.浏览管理中心

2.进入系统设置 - >管理服务器上的服务

2.Go to System Settings --> Manage Services on Server

3.从运行用户配置文件同步服务的右上角选择服务器。

3.Select the server from the top right corner where the User Profile Synchronization Service is running.

4.找到工作在列表中，如果它"停止"状态，请点击开始，否则重启。

4.Find the job in the list and if it "Stopped" state, please click Start, otherwise, restart it.
