I am using FBWF on Windows Embedded Standard 7 x64. My problem is that when I want to delete a file from a folder in excluded area the windows gives the following error:

"You require permissions from Administrators to make changes to this file."

Please note that my user is Administrator. However I can delete the files with Shift+Delete.

I read somewhere that with FBWF you can not move a file from protected area to an unprotected area and vice versa. Is my problem is related to that? (i.e. moving to recycle bin etc.)

Yes. The problem is that the recycle bin is in a protected area. When you just do a delete, the excluded file cannot be placed in recycle bin. The shit delete works because it bypasses the recycle bin and deletes the file completely. My book (http://annabooks.com/Book_PGWES7.html) has a lab exercise that demonstrates what you just did.
