Changing the legDNs of existing users is possible, but not a requirement. That is  not going to harm us in any ways.

更改步骤：

Open ADSIEDIT - connect to default  domain partition - locate the user account - right click and choose prooperties and there you can find legacy exchange DN value

Note:
Although you can change the LegacyExchangeDN of the user for any workaround 
it is definitely NOT RECOMMENDED to change the LegacyExchangeDN of a 
user. Doing this will cause problems with mail flow and free busy. It is not 
recommended and not supported by Microsoft.
