I'm trying to make a simple LED Dice project based on a tutorial from a blog. the problem is that firstly I can't understand what exactly windows.devices.gpio is and what its instructions do. secondly, the tutorial I've found is in C# but I want to have it in C++ and when I enter using namespace windows.devices.gpio there is no error but 'public sealed partial class MainPage : Page' section which is supposed to be on the main page doesn't appear.
