I'm trying to set up an app which currently uses some customised forms authentication to use an STS. We write the cookie information ourselves, using the default forms cookie name .ASPXAUTH.

There's a lot of things in the app which rely on the information about the logged in user being in the default forms authentication cookie.

I've set up a very basic STS uses the built-in tools in VS following an install of the WIF SDK.

After a lot of messing around, I realised that the STS is writing a cookie with the same name, and some existing code in the app is getting confused by the fact that when I come back to my app from the STS, the cookie is already there. Is there any way of changing the name of the cookie the STS writes?
