Hello,

I wanted to register a company account. On the 7th nov, Dun & Bradstreet called me but I missed the call, then they rejected my validation, then Microsoft support team contacted me, and I sent them the business document of my company on the 11th nov. Since then, the verifications status has been always "pending" as follows.

I keep following up with the support team by chat and by mail, they keep telling me that they are working on this, but there is no further details. They also suggested me NOT to cancel the current validation and re-register.

I am very frustrated. I am stuck here. I don't understand what's happening and why it takes so long. I have several add-ins to submit, and I could do nothing about it.

Does anyone in the forum have similar experience or any ideas?

Hi Chengtie,

The verification process for company accounts can take a little longer, usually a few days to a couple of week. You're not able to submit your app until it's been verified but you could still reserve your app name and continue building your app info in Dashboard while you're waiting.

Since you missed the call and we're not able to deal with issue like this directly at forum, please create a request here through your developer account so that you could receive feedback from Dev Center to check your verification progress.
