Hi,

As i stumbled upon SharePoint Online Organization browser chart. It only shows the current user hierarchy and i want to display an organization chart for a different team(IT,HR or Particular User level) and also overall hierarchy.

Is there any way to get Overall Org Hierarchy based on Office365 User Properties? Also is it possible to get SharePoint People Card Experience(can see some organization chart while mouse over the people name) using REST API?

SharePoint Online Organization Chart not provided Overall Hierarchy, this is the limitation, I would suggest you can create a feedback for this requirement to Microsoft:

And get People Card Experience, you can get the necessary Properties with OutLook Personal Contacts API and you can check the response with Graph API Explorer:
