Using IE8 and visiting the home page of http://www.signonsandiego.com, sometimes images are missing.  Right click on the Red X of the missing image and select 'Show Picture' will display the image.  Clicking Refresh will usually display the missing image(s), but others my then be missing on the page.  We can't replicate this same behavior with other browsers, just IE.

To clarify further, if there are 20 images on the page, sometimes all appear then if you click Refresh, maybe 5 will be missing with a red X.  Clicking Refresh again may show the previously missing images, but now others may be missing.  The behavior is completely random which image will be missing.  All images are .jpg served from our media farm, but there are no errors in the media server logs, and again no other browsers have this issue, just IE.
