CONFIGURATION ... SYSTEM SETTINGS下的SMTP设置，但无法让事情发挥作用。 日志如下：

I'm getting an error when one of my scheduled tasks run.  The task is "Activate paid invoices" and is apparently throwing the error when it attempts to send an email notification.  I've checked and double-checked the SMTP settings under CONFIGURATION...SYSTEM SETTINGS but can not get things to work.  The log is as follows:
