I am running a server with windows server 2003 SP2 standard edition. I have Citrix installed on this terminal server. I am finding that the server does not perform scheduled tasks from the Task Scheduler.

For example, I have a scheduled task to reboot this server at 4am every morning, the server when initially setup around 4 months ago, worked nicely with rebooting, however lately, the server does not seem to want to reboot, I have checked the event logs and it does not show that the scheduled tasks have initiated. If you look at the scheduled task within the task scheduler it shows as 'running' with status 0x0.

There are other additional tasks set, these are in the same state. I have since, run the commands through command prompt manually "shutdown /r" again it says its running but doesn't actually reboot the server.
