Hi, I'm using Visio Professional 2016 Version 1802 (build 9029.2167)

I installed the BPMN Basic Shapes template - which I'm using as-is.

I started using the template a week ago and could drag and drop swim-lanes/pools onto the diagram and they resized etc perfectly ok.

Today this particular shape stopped working, everything else appears to be ok. I can drag a new swimlane into the diagram but it is impossible to resize it or group it together with other swim lanes in a pool. The option to create a new swim-lane from an existing one has disappeared.

I've closed Visio down, restarted the pc a couple of times. I've repaired Visio (basic - not online yet). I've tried re-searching for and re-selecting BPMN. I've also started it from scratch an created a totally new diagram. All to no avail.

I am currently copying swim lanes and pools from other diagrams and re-naming them... which sort of works. However this is not efficient.

I notice you can workaround the issue by copying and pasting it to new drawing. It seems that the issue only happened to one specific Visio drawing, is it right?
