And now I'm on the step 15, I type my url and I click on go, after that

it returns the following message:

I tried some things but nothing works, the service exists well as I see it on http://sharepointsite.com/_vti_bin/ but when I click on it It returns the message: The service '/_vti_bin/Revert.svc' does not exist.
