有没有办法建立一个可进行计算的概率树？

Is there a way to build a probabilty tree which make its calculation?

例如，一个简单的例子;

For example, a simple example;

我在翻转或尾巴玩，我掷硬币3次

I play at flip or tail, I throw my coin 3 times

所以我会有一棵树有2次选择3次，所以我我想把每个分支上的问题和visio单独计算每个分支的计算所以做1/2 * 1/2 * 1/2

So I will have a tree with 2 choices 3 times, so I'd like to put the probailty on each branch and visio make alone the calculation for each branches so to do 1/2 *1/2*1/2

I'd like to have something which would be dynamic, so imagine if I change a probabilty, all the calculation woulc change automatically
