Hello everyone,
Iam facing a very peculiar problem. I installed sql server 2008 in my pc a day ago. Yesterday it was working fine. Today iam getting an error saying that "error 40:Could not open sql connection error 2"
I then tried with following
sql server management services -> sql server services. There were few services which were stopped. I tried starting those services but again i get an error
I tried following links too

But i feel that your Named Pipe may be not enabled..check once and let me know...
