we're wondering about a question: is it recommended to use a shared SQL SERVER as AppFabric cluster configuration storage?

We're thinking about a small cluster of AppFabric, in High Availability, hosts formed by:

2 load balanced web servers with a asp.net app
2 cache hosts
1 SQL Server 2012 Server that acts as DB for the asp.NET app

Can we use the DB Server also to store the AppFabric Caching cluster configuration? In this we can avoid to use a third cache host as lead, right?
What is the real workload on a SQL SERVER during the use of AppFabric Caching Cluster?

I tried to check documentation but I've not found any information about worklaod on SQL Server.

I'm using this kind of configuration (2 appFabric Cache Hosts + SQL Server Offloading) in several environments without issues.
Some environments also have a consistent database workload (about 8000 batch/sec in peak hours), and the fact of having the AppFabric configuration database on the same server has no real impacts.
