Has anyone been getting any ads delivered since 3/24 with Windows Phone 8.x apps?

My Windows 10 apps still seem to be getting them, but not for Windows Phone 8.x apps.

I see the thread about something being fixed on 3/21 and others saying still waiting.

Am I in the same boat here?
