Does anyone know whether/how I can specify a folder when inserting pictures from
local PC, to the "Body" column ( Enhanced rich text ) in the SharePoint Online discussion Board (classic UI) ?

In the default setting, a dialogue window appears asking the destination library, after "Insert" ->
"Picture" -> "From computer" menu. I need a way that my end-users to specify a folder inside the "Document" library,
instead of the root.

If I can programatically specify the folder (e.g. based on the Id number of the discussion item), I don't need
the "Destination Library" dropbox menu at all.
