There is no OOB approach to change the alignment. You will need to use developer tool in IE.

Press F12, select DOM explorer tag. Use the select element button or Ctrl+B to select the replies and likes. It will help you to locate the <div class="ms-comm-stats">…</div>.

Change .ms-comm-stats to text-align:center (click and type)
