Hi All,

我正在尝试更新我的插件 使用Msxml6而不是Msxml4，因为microsoft不再提供对Msxml4的支持。

I am trying to update my plugin  to use Msxml6 instead of Msxml4 because microsoft is no longer providing support for Msxml4.
I have updated all places in my plugin to be depend on Msxml6.  after applying all changes my plugin still using Msxml4, then I found that there is another tool which is used by my plugin, i.e. SOAP Toolkit 3.0 .
SOAP Toolkit 3.0 is depends on Msxml4, and microsoft has also stopped supporting SOAP Toolkit 3.0 and I did not find any higher version of this. 
So is there anything else that I can do for using Msxml6 in my plugin?
Does microsoft provides any other tool in place of SOAP Toolkit 3.0?
How can I get the solution for my problem?
