Firstly, I appreciate this is a BETA.

Despite that, we're keen to get on with evaluating Azurestack and am struggling with the install , no unlike some others here.

Are there any other channels available for support on this and if so , what are they or are we soley reliant on this forum.

Yes, for the moment the Azure Stack Forum is the first level of contact/support. However, please let us know of any issues you are facing with the deployment of Azure Stack and we would surely assist you on the same.
