Hi Folks,

I just got my new laptop.

Was trying to install my MS Expression Encoder 4 PRO on my Windows 8. After downloading the installer from my MS account. I proceed with the installation that later prompt me for the product key. I copied and paste the product key to the text field but its shows 'Key is not valid. Verify and enter your product key again'.

Called up the helpdesk, the support personnel verify my product key is valid. Retry but to no avail.
