yes, it's possible. The way I would do it is create a Custom "Flag" field named "Billable" which would be defaulted to either "Yes" or "No". I probably would make it fancy and use a checkmark graphic character. Show that field on the task table (Insert Column) and check "on" those that are billable or not. At that point you can use a filter to show all records that are or are not billable. --rms
