When I run the console app and add reference to the SpeechClient.dll in the SDK folder, I encounter this error below. Am I missing other dlls? If so, which dlls do I need? Thank You.

You will need to point the console client to a wave file it can access.  Find the spot in the consoleClient example were it loads a file and point it to a wave file you create, or one provided.  For example you can use samples\SpeechRecognitionServiceExample\whatstheweatherlike.wav in the downloaded SDK.
