如果您的用户设置了正确的权限，您应该签入Authorizationmanager（AzMan）。

 

When trying to edit any expression in Marketing Manager this message pops up: "You do not have the required permissions to view catalog sets in the database...". I can click OK which displays the edit window but, of course, I cannot see the list of catalog sets for the appropriate field.

I am using a single domain account as the identity in the Application Pool for the web services, and same account has appropriate permission to all the databases. DisableAuthorization is set to true in the web.config file for all four web services so as to bypass the authorization store.

I can access all data via all the tools including Catalog Manager. Any ideas why I am encountering above mentioned issue?

You should check in Authorizationmanager (AzMan) if your user has the right permissions set.
