I have created an org chart in Visio utilizing a spreadsheet from Excel. I have linked all data and can refresh the data; however, changes in the manager do not physically reflect on the Visio Org Chart. Is this an additional setting that I have missed or do I need to do more than just edit the data in Excel?

What's the detailed changes you made in the manager? If possible, could you please provide a screenshot about the changes in Excel and related shapes in Visio drawing?

If new data doesn’t exactly match the data the chart was built with, you might have to move individuals manually. For example, you create a new user or change the Reports_to users.
