My problem is that the computer can't seem to read SOME of Korean language on windows 8. I'm not sure what the problem is because the computer is okay with some Korean. 

For example, my music files. 

some of them do correctly display Korean, yet some of them come out broken. (weird shapes) 

I've tried i think almost everything... i tried making my display and primary language korean (which i don't really want to because i want it to be English), installed the language pack, uninstall, install again, and all these things. yet i can't seem to find the answer.

what is the problem?
