I'm playing around with Microsoft's wpf ribbon, and it seems to me there is no obvious way to utilize vector artwork stored in resource dictionaries in order to display vector images on the buttons.  Instead, it looks as though designers are being funnelled towards using PNG or ICO images for a small and large image per button.  Is there a way to use vector images?  It seems a shame to have high quality vector artwork in easily navigable resourcedictionaries only to go back to the 'old' method of generating bitmaps for graphics to go on buttons.
