I would like to know why when i share a content as a link from my winjs Metro App  i see as a result mail andPeople App(Facebook,twitter) so it's fine to post or tweet my link there But When i share a simple Text or a Simple Image i see only mail as only share option ????

If someone has an explanation about that

Easy!

Applications are designed to share or receive share information based on the types they support.

So, if an app is designed to only participate in receiving a Text share or a URI share that is all you will see.
