I want to raise a service order in the same way as a PO, the only difference is i want to enter the maximum value of the contract and then when we receipt an invoice it reduces the balance left on the order.  Effectively GR several different invoices or amounts at different times against the same PO number.

Can anyone help me with this?  I am hoping it can be done as this will save some 500 lines of input.
