I try to connect with Ax 2012 with an net tcp but get the following error:

Looks like there are some network components (firewall, VLAN port configurations, etc) between your BizTalk and AX server that is preventing this connection. This is if the AX system is actively listening on the specific port (you should check on the AX machine using netstat -an).
