If you have a person who is assigned tasks on multiple Scrum teams (a shared resource), will TFS track total hours across Scrum teams?  In other words, if 40 hours are allocated to the person on Team X, will Team Y see that the resource already has 40 hours allocated?

however you could setup a query across projects and add chart to the dashboard of Team X and Y, so they could see how much time is in remaining work for your shared resource.
