Hi I am using Document Translator 1.0 with a license for $40 a month of translating.

I am getting an error that I do not understand. It seem be unable to reach word (see screenshot)

Can anyone point me to the problem?

Hello David,

Document Translator needs Office 2013 or later installed on the same machine in order to translate *.doc, xls, ppt or pdf files.

It doesn't need Office installed to translate the OpenXML format files *.docx, xlsx, pptx files.

Do you have Office 2013 or 2015 installed? If not, you may ask the author to save in .docx file format.
